Bridgeland, Calgary, ABA high-performance fitness studio build-out within a mixed-use building. Designed to handle intense occupancy loads with advanced HVAC, acoustic separation, resilient rubber flooring, and full AV/equipment power — all coordinated through permit and inspection in a live residential building.

Chevron On the Run — Retail
Calgary, ABA convenience retail refresh executed in an active store environment. Phased construction maintained safe public access throughout. New merchandising displays, commercial lighting, service counter millwork, and design-build MEP — all delivered without closing the doors.

Aroma Physiotherapy — Clinic
Calgary, ABA full clinical tenant improvement featuring private treatment rooms, a welcoming reception area, and back-of-house facilities. MEP systems were engineered for clinic operations, with custom reception desk millwork and feature finishes creating a professional, calming environment.

Calgary, ABA privacy-focused professional office with insulated partitions, sealed penetrations, and structured cabling throughout. Professional lighting and feature finishes reflect the firm's brand, while trade sequencing minimized disruption in an occupied commercial building.

Head Over Heels — Hospitality
Calgary, ABA full-service lounge and restaurant build-out featuring custom wall treatments, feature lighting, bar plumbing with grease management, and complete FOH/BOH coordination. Design-build MEP handled all food and beverage operational requirements for a high-finish hospitality space.
Liquor Mall — Liquor Retail
Calgary, ABA standalone retail liquor store built from the ground up. Custom shelving systems organized by product category, refrigeration wall installation, polished concrete flooring, and a clean open-plan layout designed for customer flow and merchandising efficiency.

Madras Cafe — Restaurant
Calgary, ABA complete casual dining restaurant build featuring an electric fireplace with stone tile surround, custom booth seating, pendant feature lighting, and a service counter with quartz top. Design-build MEP handled all food service requirements, with brand accent finishes throughout.

Calgary, ABA premium professional office anchored by a custom wood slat feature wall with backlit branded signage. Private suites feature wood slat ceiling treatments and glass partitions. Illuminated reception desk millwork and professional lighting create a polished, client-facing environment.
